Events are open rain or shine, and closure or opening of an Event is at the full discretion of Consignment Classics. 2. Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless directors, employees, representatives, and agents to the Event, from and against all liability, claims, demands, losses, damages, levies, and causes of actions or suits of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or related to any activities at the Event. 3. It is at each Vendor’s discretion to operate their business taking into consideration all the environmental, biological and physical factors that will occur. 4. All Vendors must follow the laws and/or regulations of Consignment Classics, Local County, State and/or Federal authorities. Violation of laws and regulations will lead to immediate dismissal from the event. 5. Only those who have applied for and received permission from Consignment Classics may sell at an Event. The Vendors must receive approval, at the discretion of Consignment Classics, for all products offered for sale, under whichever categories and approval procedures are dictated by these rules. 6. Set up and location is based on Event guidelines and assigned by Consignment Classics. Modifications may be done at any given time at the full discretion of Consignment Classics. 7. Each Vendor is responsible for their own set-up, equipment and clean up. 8. A Vendor may display only those products which are allowed inside the store, and approved by Consignment Classics Events. Any changes, modifications, or additions must be approved by Consignment Classics. This is a "Vintage Marketplace" please keep that in mind when selecting the items that you bring to sell. 9. Consignment Classics reserves the full right, notwithstanding any ensuing provisions, to remove Vendors temporarily or permanently from the event at their sole discretion for insubordination, impropriety, and/or incompetence. Agree to Conditions \* I Agree to Conditions & Regulations ## SALES: 1. Vendors will handle their own transactions. Please have change for cash sales, as well as your preferred phone app to handle electronic payments. i.e. Zelle, PayPal, Cash, Venmo etc… 2. Please be prepared to wrap and pack the items that you are selling, as the merchandise will not be coming inside the store. Please bring packing material, bags, and/or boxes. Agree to Sales Terms \* I Agree to Sales Terms ## ON-SITE: 1. All Vendors are to comply with on-site Consignment Classics and staff. 2. Hours of the event are 10:00am to 5:00pm. Setup the morning of the event as early as you like, but please be fully set up by 9:15am. 3. Please do not pack out until 6:00pm as these are the hours we have advertised the duration of the event. We understand it's a long day, just stay as long as you can. 4. Vendor spaces will be predetermined by Consignment Classics. 5. Only one vendor per table per event. If you are in more than one of our mall locations, you may not sign up for more than one space unless you are requested to by management. 6. Spaces at this Mart Antique Mall Event are 8’Wx5’D or 10x10 Please request which you prefer, however, we cannot guarantee one or the other. 7. Vendors will provide all necessary equipment to operate their business. A 6' to 8' table is recommended for displaying your smaller wares in the smaller spaces. The 10'x10' spaces can be setup as you would most other vintage events. We highly recommend a canopy for the 10x 10 spaces and a comfortable chair to sit in. 8. At the end of the market, vendor will clean the area, and leave with equipment and trash (for off-site disposal) – with the area left the way it was found. 9. Vendors will not use handicap spots – even to load and unload, and will abide by all protocols established at any time by Consignment Classics and the Event location. 10. Vendors will be presentable and professional with no inappropriate or unprofessional attire. Vendors will be both kind and courteous to customers and fellow vendors. 11. Vendors understand management may provide limited equipment for vendor access, but may refuse at any given time.
